Playing the deck:

Town Meetings, Eminent Domain, corrupt Small Town Cops, Cultists, inbreeding, oh my! Welcome to small town life in the World of Darkness.

This is a deck that generally wants to avoid getting into combat with anything large, thus why you have a lot of ways to end or delay combat.

Ideally you'll end up in a Wyrm on Wyrm situation where your Board Meetings can come into play and you can rack up points using Working the System and Culling the Weak. However, if you're not, all your Board Meetings can be used to target yourself, or are global effects, so can be played with Town Meeting. Line up the Town Meeting and the Acting Chairman and you're golden. Don't forget, if you draw Town Meeting when there's another Wyrm deck, you can use it to get a few more votes from the Kinfolk Small Town Cops.

This is a very versatile deck, focused on defense. The Pentex Exec and Limosine can destory caerns, plus gives you votes. You can even meddle in Gaia moots with him. Eminent Domain will let you steal Gaia Territories. Culling the Weak WILL let you kill Enemies, so you can take out massively injured Enemies that would be easy points for Gaia Alphas.

If you aren't having much luck with the Boardmeetings, you have a variety of Quests. Finding a Mate is the most import of these. It chews up your Alpha action to play it, but if you target a Cult Leader once a Cultist is out, its pretty easy to get the points for it. Umbral Quest can let you send Phreak or Fangthane off to get you some points. The lone Entrapment will let your hunt down pesky allies like the Dreamspeaker Mage.

Try and keep Mr. Iguana alive until you have your Pentex Execs and Limosine out. Benefactor's Boon will help out with that. Try to keep either Hunts-at-Night or Phreak (yes, Phreak) alive until you get out Dark Fungus. That will let you make better use of your card drawing effects. Ideally don't try and pass R&D until you have Dark Fungus out.

Use Streamlinging to dump some of the utility cards out of your deck if you don't need them. The most likely cards to dump are the Board Meetings themselves, or the various one-off events like Eminent Domain, or the Pentex Exec is you lose Mr Iguana too early.

Try to use Kabula as your Alpha early on, unless its really clear you're facing a weenie swarm. Then use Hunts. You have a lot of defenseive cards and combat enders in your deck, so you generally shouldn't need to step in to defend Prey. Just play for it.

If you end up facing a deck heavy with Sneak Attacks, set Nemesis up either with another player's slobbernocker that can eat the Sneak Attack deck OR with with a tiny one renown. Remember, they have to attack their Rival, so will be wasting that Sneak Attack on Phreak or Fangthane instead of on that wounded Nexus Crawler.
